1. The service

3DBend is a digital Windows plugin for Adobe After Effects. It is not a physical product, and no physical goods are shipped. Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; 3DBend is an independent product and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Adobe.

You must have a compatible, properly licensed copy of Adobe After Effects and a supported Windows computer. Compatibility can change when Adobe or Microsoft releases a new version.

2. Plans and licenses

• Monthly license: access for the paid monthly period.
• Annual license: access for the paid annual period.
• Perpetual License: a one-time purchase for the license scope shown at checkout; it is not a subscription.

Available plans, prices, currencies, taxes, and whether a payment renews automatically are shown before purchase and at checkout. A plan is recurring only when the checkout explicitly says so.

A subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the applicable version of 3DBend during the paid period. A perpetual license gives you the rights described at checkout for the purchased product version. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share activation credentials.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout. After payment is confirmed, download and activation information is sent to the purchase email address or made available in the purchase flow or your account.

If you do not receive your activation information within a reasonable time, contact shaocool618@gmail.com and include the purchase email and transaction details. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.

4. Renewals and cancellation

Time-limited licenses expire at the end of the purchased period unless renewed. If you choose a plan explicitly identified at checkout as automatically renewing, it will renew at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout until canceled. You may request cancellation before the next renewal by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

We may suspend access when a payment is reversed, disputed, or not successfully completed. We will not use cancellation to remove rights that have already been granted under a valid perpetual license.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the website, downloads, and support available, but digital services can be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control. We may release updates, change compatibility requirements, or discontinue an old version.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
