Refund Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription before its next renewal through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting shaocool618@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.

2. Standard refund window

For an initial purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge if the activation code has not been used. For a renewal charge, contact us promptly; we will review the request based on whether the renewal was used and the circumstances of the request.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle. Processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution.

3. Technical problems

If 3DBend cannot be installed or used because of a reproducible product defect, contact us with your operating system, After Effects version, product version, and a description of the problem. We will first try to provide support or a fix. If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we may approve a refund even when the standard window has passed.

Compatibility issues caused by an unsupported operating system, an unlicensed or incompatible copy of After Effects, third-party software, or a hardware configuration outside the published requirements may not qualify for a refund.

4. Non-refundable situations

• The activation code has been used and the request is outside the applicable technical-support exception.
• The request is based only on a change of mind after the product has been downloaded and activated.
• The account or license was suspended because of fraud, abuse, resale, chargeback, or a breach of the Terms of Service.

These limits do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

5. How to request a refund

Email shaocool618@gmail.com with:

• The email address used at checkout.
• The Paddle transaction or receipt ID.
• The plan purchased and the reason for the request.
• For technical requests, the relevant product and system details.

Do not send full payment card numbers or account passwords. We normally respond within 3 business days.
